Really??? $50??? To fill MY tank?

And that was for a PT Cruiser... at SAM'S CLUB!!! Thankfully, they seem to be the cheapest around... but still, extremely painful!

Signs of the times!!!

Where am I?

It's been awhile since I've seen a sign that made me stop and take a second look. But yesterday we ate lunch at Weinerschnitzel and I HAD to go to the bathroom.  First off, the door didn't look but thankfully the toilet was strategically placed so I felt somewhat safe.  OK, probably more information than you needed.  As I was there I noticed the sign with instructions on how to clean the restroom. Which quite honestly I found a tad ODD, but hey, maybe there are those who want to know.  However, as I looked a little closer I noticed something even odder than the instructions themselves... Can you see what is slightly "off" about this sign?!?!

Getting My Geek On

Update: I was not blogging while driving.  Esther was driving I was sitting in the back seat playing with my computer.  I was safe!  Always SAFE!

OK, it's true confession time, I am a geek.  I'm currently riding in a mini-van headed to our Murrieta Regional Center to do some training.  And yes, ladies and gentlemen, I'm on the Internet.  I've tethered my wonderful Hero to my laptop and here I am going 65 miles an hour down the freeway and I'm BLOGGING!  Of course, I'm probably not going to include a YouTube video today.  But just the fact I can do this, it's just splendid absolutely splendid.

Since I can't share a video (YouTube would be a little slow this way) I will share a sign I saw at Tuesday at one of my favorite spots, La Tolteca.  Thankfully I never seen this sign used, but the simple fact they have it... kind of amazing!!!

Amusing sign #8

Today's sign is another "bathroom" sign... this one can be found in one of the campus libraries.  In a million years  I would have never thought of saying this, or even if there's a need to say this... but alas... it has been said:

Great Food Great Sign

Today's sign is a testimony to customer service.  Thursday we went to lunch at a popular deli in Covina called Capri Deli. Great food and very popular.  Sometimes it can be hard to get parking.  Their solution:

How many businesses think to promote parking behind the employees so people are more likely to stop at the store?  Not only do they provided amazing sandwiches but they think about the customer, which yes I realize ultimately helps them.  :)

What's wrong with this picture?

So what's wrong with this picture on the entrance door at Ikea?  I missed it myself, and Dave had to point it out to me.

Wonder if the store manager realizes it?!?!?

Oh yes! Another Great Sign!

It’s kind of interesting that yesterday I journey to Sweden and today’s funny sign can be found on the front door of Ikea.

Today’s amusing sign compliments of Sam’s Club

You can’t watch a sporting event without seeing at least a half dozen ads for Cialis.  Those commercials and the “Bob” ones for the all natural “aid” make me laugh. And the disclaimer’s are just a riot as well.  So yesterday when Mark and I are sitting in Sam’s Club enjoying some lunch I start cracking up at the Pharmacy sign.  Note the cost for 5 pills!!!!  That is almost $17 per pill!!!!  And this at Sam’s Club!  So… remember Save Time… and Money by shopping at Sam’s Club Pharmacy!

Funny Signs

For the summer semester my class has been in one of the West Campus Buildings.  And every week for the past 2 months when I’ve gone into the restroom and seen this sign on the inside of the stall doors…
